The Impact of Restaurant Startup Education Service Quality on Education Satisfaction and Startup Preparation Behavior-Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Entrepreneurial Efficacy-

This study investigated the correlation between satisfaction with startup education and entrepreneurship preparation behavior according to the quality of startup education services. In addition, the moderating effect of startup education service quality and entrepreneurship efficacy was verified. As a result of this study's analysis, first, instructor quality, training program quality and support service quality affected satisfaction with startup education. In addition, instructor quality and support service quality had a positive relationship with startup preparation behavior. Second, as a result of verifying the moderating effect of entrepreneurship efficacy in the causal relationship between startup education service quality and startup preparation behavior: instructor quality, training program and support service quality acted as regulating variables for entrepreneurship efficacy. Through this study, it was found that support, counseling, and communication related startup are the variables that have the greatest impact on satisfaction or preparation behavior for startup education. In addition, it was found that students with a higher sense of entrepreneurship efficacy actively utilize the quality of instructors and support services to prepare for entrepreneurship.
