다문화 부모의 양육태도, 청소년의 성취동기, 학교적응 간 구조 관계: 교사와의 관계 다중집단분석

The purpose of this study is to confirm the direct influence relationship and mediating effect between multicultural parents' parenting attitudes, multicultural youth's achievement motivation, and school adaptation, and to conduct a multi-group analysis using the relationship with teachers as a moderating variable. The subjects of the study were 1,197 data from the first 7th (2018) Multicultural Youth Panel Study (MAPS), and sociodemographic analysis, reliability analysis, technical statistics, and correlation analysis were conducted using the SPSS 26 statistical analysis program. In addition, the AMOS 26 program was used to conduct analysis of the direct influence and mediation effects on the structural equation model. As a result of the analysis, first, the supervisory parenting attitude of multicultural parents had a positive(+) influence on the school adaptation of multicultural youth, the neglectful parenting attitude had a negative(-) influence, and the achievement motivation had a positive (+) influence. Second, parents' supervisory parenting attitude had a positive(+) influence on the achievement motivation of multicultural youth, and the neglectful parenting attitude had a negative(-) influence. Third, the supervisory parenting attitude of multicultural parents showed a partial mediating effect of achievement motivation, and the neglectful parenting attitude showed a complete mediating effect of achievement motivation for school adaptation of multicultural adolescents. Based on the results of this study, policy, theoretical, and practical educational intervention measures to improve the school adaptation of multicultural youth were discussed.
