예술전공 대학생의 창업지원프로그램이 창업행동에 미치는 영향: 기업가정신과 창업의지의 이중매개효과

Subject research has done positive research on factors affecting the art major students' behavior of business foundation. This research is to study if business foundation support program can affect art major students' behavior for business startup significantly, to observe mediate effect of the entrepreneurship and willing for the startup, and to do positive test for the sequential mediate effect of entrepreneurship and willing of business foundation. To summarize the result of research, all business foundation support program, entrepreneurship, and willing of business foundation had positive impact. Also, business foundation support program and entrepreneurship are figured out to have positive impact on willing for the start-up of business, while business foundation support program had significant impact on entrepreneurship. By analyzing indirect effect, business foundation support program mediated entrepreneurship to affect startup behavior, while foundation willing has also mediated to affect it. The result of subject research led to conclusion that business foundation support program is the major factor that could increase business foundation behavior or the art major students. Moreover, it has shown that dual mediated effect of entrepreneurship and start-up willing were significant in such relationship. Our research has drawn important role of business foundation support programs to improve art major students' behavior of business foundation and implicated for business foundation support program for art major students.
