간호대학생의 친사회적 행동, 자기 결정성과 그릿이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study investigated nursing students' life satisfaction, prosocial behavior, self-determination, and grit and identified factors affecting life satisfaction. Data collection for this study was conducted from March 25 to 29, 2024, targeting nursing students enrolled in nursing departments at three universities located in two regions. Data analysis utilized SPSS 25.0, including frequency analysis, mean and standard deviation calculations, independent t-tests, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and post-hoc analysis using Scheffé's test. The correlation between variables was examined through Pearson's correlation analysis, and factors influencing academic life satisfaction were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. Life satisfaction was found to be significantly and positively associated with pro-social behavior (r= .49, p< .01), self-determination (r= .58, p< .01), and grit (r= .45, p< .01). As a result of multiple regression analysis, Friend Relationships was ‘moderate (β= .42, p< .01)’, ‘satisfied (β= .64, p<.01)’ and self-determination (β= .64, p<. 01). The regression model of this study was significant (F=22.43, p< .01), and the explanatory power of the model was 56.0%. Therefore, to increase the life satisfaction for nursing students, it is necessary to build effective strategies to focus on self-determination, Interpersonal satisfaction.
