국내 기술이전전담조직(TLO)의 성과요인에 관한 연구: 흡수역량의 조절효과를 중심으로

Recently, discussions on the promotion of technology commercialization using science and technology performance are continuously expanding. Considering this, this study was conducted to examine the relationship between intangible factors(external cooperation, commercialization experts, organizational culture, absorptive capacity) and technology commercialization performance and the moderating effect of absorptive capacity. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that all intangible factors, including absorptive capacity presented in this study, have a positive effect on the technology commercialization performance. In addition, although the moderating effect of absorptive capacity was unfortunately not confirmed in the analysis examining the effect, the effect of the interaction variable of absorptive capacity on external cooperation was confirmed through additional analysis in which individual factors were entered sequentially. Considering the growing importance of intangible capabilities as well as tangible capabilities of technology commercialization organizations, this study is considered to be of academic and policy significance in that it verified the relationship between technology commercialization performance and intangible capabilities and the moderating effect between intangible capabilities and absorptive capacity.
