캡스톤디자인수업에서의 디자인씽킹을 이용한 온택트 프로젝트 수업 설계 사례

본 연구는 디자인씽킹방법론을 이용하는 캡스톤디자인 수업이 비대면 상황(온택트)에서 어떻게 설계･운영되는지를 보여주는 사례연구이다. 스탠퍼드 디스쿨(Stanford d.school)에서 제시하는 DT 프로세스인 공감, 문제정의, 아이디어, 프로토타입, 테스트의 다섯 단계를 온택트 협업도구(ALLO)에 반영하여 수업을 설계하고 운영하는 방법을 소개한다. COVID19 상황인 2020년부터 2022년까지 J대학에서 온라인으로 개설･운영되었던 캡스톤디자인 수업의 설계과정과 운영방법 등을 구체적으로 소개한다. 본 사례연구는 기존의 면대면 수업을 비대면 온라인 수업으로 전환하고자 하는 일반 교수자가 문제해결 프로세스에 따라 교수활동 및 학습활동을 어떤 절차로 진행할 수 있는지를 보여주는 참고자료가 되므로 교수자들의 교수법 역량 증진에 도움이 된다. 또한, 포스트 코로나 시기에 대면수업을 진행하면서 학습자의 수업자료를 아카이빙할 목적을 가진 교수자들에게도 유용한 데이터베이스 역할을 하게 될 것이다.
Abstract
This study is a case study showing how a capstone design class using design thinking methodology is designed and operated in a non-face-to-face situation (on-tact). We introduce how to design and operate classes by reflecting the five stages of the DT process presented by Stanford University's D.school - empathy, problem definition, idea, prototype, and testing - in the on-tact collaboration tool (ALLO). We specifically introduce the design process and operation method of the Capstone Design class that was opened and operated online at J University from 2020 to 2021 during the COVID19 situation. This case study serves as a reference material that shows how general instructors who want to convert existing face-to-face classes to non-face-to-face online classes can proceed with teaching and learning activities according to the problem-solving process, thereby helping to improve the teaching method capabilities of instructors. It's helpful. In addition, it will serve as a useful database for instructors who aim to archive learners' class materials while conducting face-to-face classes in the post-corona period
