가치와 역량이 창업태도 및 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: MZ세대를 중심으로
A Study on the Impact of Values and Competencies on Entrepreneurial Attitudes and Intentions: Focusing on MZ Generation

최근 청년실업률의 증가와 불안정한 고용형태 등에 의해 많은 청년들이 취업보다 창업을고려하고 있다. 이러한 배경 속에서 대학생이나 직장인 등을 대상으로 많은 창업연구들이 진행되고 있지만, 정작 청년만을 대상으로 한 연구는 많이 부족한 상황이다. 그리하여 본 연구는 소위 MZ세대라고 일컫는 1980년대 초반 이후에 태어난 청년들을 대상으로 그들의 특성에 따라 물질주의, 성취욕구를 가치라는 측면으로 나누고 디지털 역량, 사회적자본이라는 요인을 역량적 측면으로 정의하여, 이들이 창업태도와 창업의도에 미치는 영향을 다각적으로조사하였다. 이에 수집된 자료를 통하여 다중회귀분석과 세대별 차이 분석, 구조모형 분석을실시하여 가설을 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 물질주의, 성취욕구, 디지털 역량, 사회적자본이 모두 창업태도에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 창업태도 또한 창업의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 추가적으로 세대별 차이 분석을 통해 더 중요한 요인이 무엇인지를 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 MZ세대의 창업을 촉진하기 위한 교육프로그램 및 정책 개발에 중요한 시사점을 제공하며, 청년들이 창업에 대한 긍정적 태도를형성하고 실질적인 전략 수립에 기여하고자 한다.
Abstract
The rise in youth unemployment and job instability has led many young people to consider entrepreneurship. While many studies focus on college students and employees, research on young adults alone is lacking. This study targets the MZ generation, born after the early 1980s, and divides their characteristics into materialism and desire for achievement as values, and defines factors such as digital competence and social capital as competence, and examines their influence on entrepreneurial attitudes and entrepreneurial intentions. Using multiple regression analysis, generational difference analysis, and structural model analysis, the study found that all these factors positively affect entrepreneurial attitudes, which in turn positively affect entrepreneurial intentions. The findings highlight the importance of tailored educational programs and policies to promote entrepreneurship among the MZ generation and contribute to practical strategies for fostering positive entrepreneurial attitudes in young people.
