4차 산업혁명시대 산업 디지털전환 촉진법상의 디지털전환에 대한 SWOT분석
SWOT Analysis of Digital Transformation Under the Lndustrial Digital Transformation Promotion Act in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution

초록
연구목적 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명시대 산업의 디지털전환에 대한 SWOT 분석 결과를 바탕으로 기업의 성공적인 디지털전환 전략을 도출하고, 산업 디지털전환 촉진법의 입법 취지를 살린 정책적 시사점 및 방안을 제시하는 주된 목적이 있다. 연구방법 이 연구는 2024년 4월 10일~27일(17일)까지 디지털전환 분야 산업에 종사하고 있는 전문가 8명을 대상으로 심층인터뷰 및 질문지법을 적용하 SWOT분석을 수행하였다. 결과 4차 산업혁명 시대 산업의 디지털 전환에 대한 SWOT 분석 결과 첫째, 강점요인은 데이터 활용 기반 마련, 업무 효율성 향상, 신규 비즈니스 창출, 둘째, 약점요인은 디지털 전환에 필요한 투자비용 확보의 어려움, 디지털 전환에 대한 인식 부족과 제도적 지원의 한계, 데이터 관리에 필요한 전문인력 확보의 어려움, 셋째, 기회요인은 새로운 파트너십 및 생태계 조성, 기업 경쟁력 및 생산성 강화, 신규 시장 및 고객 발굴, 넷째, 위협요인은 기업 간 기술 격차와 산업의 양극화, 디지털 전환의 사회적 비용과 의식 전환의 어려움, 보안 문제와 법적 규제 미흡 등의 요인이 도출되었다. 결론 산업의 디지털 전환을 촉진하기 위해서는 정부와 민간의 지속적인 협력과 사회적 변화에 대한 인식전환이 필요하다.
Abstract
PURPOSE This paper aims to present successful digital transformation strategies for businesses based on the SWOT analysis of industrial digital transformation, and to derive policy implications aligned with the legislative intent of promoting industrial digital transformation. METHOD This study employed in-depth interviews with experts in the field of digital transformation. RESULT The study recognizes the imperative nature of digital transformation for businesses in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. It analyzed strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to derive policy implications for achieving successful digital transformation. CONCLUSION Emphasizing the need for collaboration between government and private sectors, enhancing awareness and education, ensuring data security and legal support, and bridging the digital transformation gap, the paper proposes directions for businesses to achieve sustainable growth through digital transformation.
