사회적 협동조합의 성공창업과 성과에 관한 연구: 재무적 성과와 사회적 성과를 중심으로

[Purpose]The purpose is to identify the relationship between the successful start－up of a social cooperative and its impact on performance. We further analyzed the moderating effect of transformational leadership by identifying the impact on financial and social performance. [Methodology]The research data for this study was collected by conducting a survey with a sample of 196 people from 50 social cooperatives. Reliability, factor analysis, regression analysis, hierarchical multiple regression analysis were performed by SPSS 27.0 for the empirical analysis. [Findings]First, as a result of verifying the performance impacted by entrepreneurship, a successful startup factor for social cooperatives, there was a significant difference in financial performance between innovation and initiative. Secondly, analyzing the impact of successful startups of social cooperatives on performance showed a significant difference in social performance in communication within the organization, which is a factor for successful startups. Lastly, risk tolerance was found to be statistically significant in the moderating effect of transformational leadership in the relationship between successful start－up factors and financial performance of social cooperatives. [Implications]This study focuses on analyzing the performance of social cooperatives and recognizing the need for social economic organizations to increase employment and overcome the poverty through the successful establishment of social cooperatives. Therefore, the performance of social cooperatives must be maximized to contribute to national economic growth and improvement of social services.
