예비소상공전문경영인의 창업교육서비스품질이 창업의도에 미치는 영향 : 창업기회인식과 자기 효능감의 이중매개효과
The Effects of the Entrepreneurship Education Service Quality of Prospective Small Business Professional Managers on Entrepreneurship Intention : The Dual Mediating Effects of Entrepreneurial Opportunity Recognition and Self-Efficacy

본 연구의 목적은 서울과 경기 소재 창업보육센터에서 창업교육과정을 마치고 실질적 창업의사가 있는 예비소상공전문경영인을 대상으로 창업교육서비스품질이 창업의도에 영향을 미칠 때 창업기회인식과 자기효능감의 이중매개효과를 분석하는 데 있다. 본 연구는 2024년6월 1일부터 6월 30일까지 유효표본 228부를 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째,창업교육서비스품질의 하위변수인 교육프로그램, 교수, 교육환경, 행정서비스가 창업의도,창업기회인식, 자기효능감에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있다. 그리고 창업기회인식이 자기효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 발견하였다. 둘째, 창업교육서비스품질과 창업의도 사이창업기회인식의 매개효과, 자기효능감의 매개효과를 분석한 결과 각각 부분매개효과를 확인하였다. 셋째, 창업교육서비스품질과 창업의도 사이 창업기회인식과 자기효능감의 이중매개효과를 분석한 결과 창업교육서비스품질과 창업의도 사이 창업기회인식과 자기효능감이 이중으로매개하는 효과가 있음을 밝혔다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the dual mediating effect of start-upopportunity recognition and self-efficacy when the quality of start-upeducation service affects start-up intention. The analysis results are as follows. First, educational programs, professors, educational environments, andadministrative services, which are sub-variables of start-up education servicequality, have a positive (+) effect on start-up intention, recognition of start-upopportunities, and self-efficacy. Second, as a result of analyzing the mediatingeffect of recognizing start-up opportunities and the mediating effect ofself-efficacy between start-up education service quality and start-up intention,the partial mediating effect was confirmed. Third, as a result of analyzing thedual mediating effect of start-up opportunity recognition and self-efficacybetween start-up education service quality and start-up intention, it wasrevealed that start-up opportunity recognition and self-efficacy have a doublemediating effect between start-up education service quality and start-upintention.
