Z세대 취업 선택요인이 ESG경영지지에 미치는 영향 : ESG 기본인식의 매개효과를 중심으로

This study aimed to analyze the impact of Generation Z's EmploymentSelection Factors on their Support for ESG Management, mediated by theirBasic Understanding of ESG. To this end, the study investigated the influenceof intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors on Generation Z's Basic Understandingof ESG and their Support for ESG Management. The research results showedthat among Generation Z's Employment Selection Factors influencing theirSupport for ESG Management, extrinsic factors had a statistically significantpositive (+) impact on Support for ESG Management, whereas intrinsic factorsdid not have a statistically significant impact. Regarding the influence ofGeneration Z's Employment Selection Factors on their Basic Understanding ofESG, both intrinsic and extrinsic factors were found to have a statisticallysignificant positive (+) impact on their Basic Understanding of ESG. Furthermore,Basic Understanding of ESG was found to have a significant positive impact onSupport for ESG Management. This indicates that Generation Z preferscompanies that practice ESG management when choosing a workplace thataligns with their values and goals, and this perception leads to greater Supportfor ESG Management.
