프로야구단의 ESG 가이드라인 제시연구: K-ESG 가이드라인을 중심으로

[Purpose] This study aims to propose ESG guidelines tailored for professional baseball teams, with a specific focus on the K-ESG guidelines issued by the government. [Methodology] This study was conducted on four practitioners of the professional baseball team, and after conducting a literature study, two in-depth interviews were conducted. In addition, in order to solve the derived research problem, the K-ESG guidelines published in Korea were analyzed and reconstructed to fit the reality of the professional baseball team. [Results] The analysis revealed a lack of specific ESG guidelines applicable to professional baseball teams. Consequently, new guidelines were established by referencing the K-ESG guidelines. Field practitioners within professional baseball teams utilized these revised guidelines to strategically plan current and future ESG activities. [Conclusion] The study concludes that establishing standards for sustainable ESG activities within professional baseball teams is essential. The proposed ESG guidelines facilitate the formulation of effective strategies, underscoring the necessity of guidelines specifically tailored to the professional baseball industry.
