환경 경영, 사회적 책임 및 지배 구조(ESG) 경영은 기업의 지속가능성에 대한 중요한 패러다임이다. 효과적인 ESG 경영은 조직의 경쟁력을 높이고 조직의 지속가능한 성장을 가능하게 한다. 본 연구는 기업 이미지의 매개 효과와 녹색 혁신의 조절 역할을 검증하고, 기업 ESG 경영, 기업 이미지 및 기업 지속가능성 간의관계도 검증한다. 가설 검증을 위해 모바일 SW 비즈니스 기업의 서비스를 사용한 경험이 있는 소비자들을대상으로 설문조사를 통해 분석에 필요한 데이터를 수집하였다. 결과는 ESG활동이 기업 이미지에 긍정적인영향을 미치고 기업 이미지가 기업 지속가능성에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 녹색혁신은 기업 이미지와 기업 지속가능성에 관한 조절효과는 검증되지 못했다. 이러한 결과는 기업이 장기적인기업 성장에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 ESG 경영을 중시할 필요가 있음을 시사한다. 또한 SW 비즈니스기업은 혁신적인 녹색 경영을 수행할 때 더 많은 적용 가능한 옵션과 보완이 필요하다. 본 연구결과는 기업ESG 경영과 기업 지속가능성에 관한 이론적 배경을 풍부하게 하고, 기업 경영활동에서 녹색 혁신에 관한 유용한 정보를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
Environmental management, social responsibility, and governance (ESG) management are important paradigms for corporate sustainability. Effective ESG management boosts an organizational competitiveness and enable its sustainable growth. This study validates the relationship among corporate ESG management, corporate image, and corporate sustainability by investigating the mediating influence of corporate image and the moderating role of green innovation. The results suggest that ESG management positively affect corporate image, and that corporate image positively affects corporate sustainability. However, green innovation has a negative moderating effect on corporate image and corporate sustainability. The result suggests that companies need to value ESG management, which can have positive effects on long-term corporate growth. Additionally, companies need more applicable options and complements when implementing innovative green management. This study enriches the theoretical background on corporate ESG management and corporate sustainability. The results also provide useful information on green innovation in corporate green management.
