간호대학생의 일의 의미와 간호창업태도와의 관계에서 디지털 역량의 효과
The Effect of Digital Competence on the Relationship between the Meaning of Work and Nursing Startup Attitude of Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 일의 의미와 간호 창업 태도의 관계에서 4차 산업 혁명 시대에 중요한 역량중 하나인 디지털 역량의 매개 효과를 규명하고자 시도된 횡단적 조사연구다. 2023년 1월 24일부터 2월 15일까지 간호대학생을 대상으로 모바일과 이메일을 통해 자료를 수집하고 성실하게 응답한 148명의 간호대학생의 자료를 최종 분석하였다. 간호대학생의 일의 의미와 간호 창업 태도의 관계에서 디지털 역량의 매개 효과를 확인하기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 이용하였다. 연구결과, 상관분석에서는 간호 창업 태도에 일의 의미와 디지털 역량이 양의 관련성을 보여주었다. 또한 일의 의미와 간호 창업 태도와의 관계에서 디지털 역량은 통계적으로 유의미한 부분 매개 효과가 있음이 확인되었다. 이는 간호대학생의 간호 창업 태도는 일의 의미 뿐만 아니라 디지털 역량이 중요한 역할을 하는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 간호대학생들이 전통적인 간호서비스 제공자를 넘어 혁신적인 과학기술 사회가 요구하는 다양한 분야로의 진입을준비할 수 있도록 디지털 역량 강화와 창업교육 등 간호대학 교육과정의 혁신이 요구된다.
Abstract
This cross-sectional study investigated the mediating effect of digital competence, a key consideration in this, the 4th industrial revolution, on the relationship between the meaning of work and nursing student startup attitude. Data were collected from nursing students using mobile phones and e-mails from January 24 to February 15, 2023, and the responses of 148 students were analyzed. Hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to analyze the mediating effect of digital competence on the relationship between the meaning of work and nursing student startup attitude. The meaning of work and digital competence were positively associated with startup attitude, and digital competence had a significant partial mediating effect on the relationship between the meaning of work and startup attitude. These results suggest that digital competence and the meaning of work enhance nursing student startup attitude and that the nursing college curriculum be widened to strengthen digital competence and provide startup education so that nursing students can prepare for entry into fields that require knowledge of innovative science and technology beyond that required by traditional nursing services.
