직무영역 확대를 위한 비서-의료서비스 직무역량분석

현대 사회는 기후 변화, 디지털 기술의 발전, 인구 고령화 등으로 인해 다양한 분야에서 혁신적이고 효율적인 전문 지식을 가진 인재를 필요로 한다. 특히, 기업경영 및 의료서비스 분야에서는 인간중심의 접근 방식과 사회적, 윤리적 다양성을 고려한 맞춤형 서비스가 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 비서와 의료서비스 직무의 NCS 기반 역량을 분석하고, 기초 능력, 기술, 태도 등을 비교하고자 한다. 이를 위해 NCS 국가직무능력표준을 기반으로 한 직무 역량 분석과 채용정보를 활용한 실무적 역량 분석을 병행하여 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 의료 코디네이터와 비서 직무는 여러 공통역량을 공유하고 있음을 확인하였다. 두 직무 모두 의사소통 능력, 대인 관계 능력, 문제 해결 능력등이 중요하게 요구되었으며, 각 직무의 특성에 따라 필요한 기술과 지식은 차이가 있었다. 의료 코디네이터는 의료 관련 지식과 고객 응대 능력이 강조되었으며, 비서는 경영지원과 문서관리 능력이 중점적으로 요구되었다. 본 연구는 비서와 의료서비스 직무의 역량을 비교 분석하여, 두 직무가 상호 보완적으로 융합될 수 있는 가능성을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 직무 간의 경계를 허물고 다양한 직무 역량을 개발함으로써 직무역량확대를 위한 인재 육성에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
Modern society needs talented people with innovative and efficient expertise in various fields because of climate change, the development of digital technology and the aging of the population. In particular in the medical services sector, there is a demand for customized services that consider a human-centered approach and social and ethical diversity. This study analyzed the NCS-based competencies of secretarial and medical service jobs and compared basic skills, abilities, and attitudes. To this end, this study conducted a job competency analysis based on the NCS National Occupational Competency Standard and a practical competency analysis based on employment information in parallel. The results confirmed that the medical coordinator job and the assistant job share several common competencies. The results revealed communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to be important for both jobs, and the skills and knowledge required differ according to the characteristics of each job. Medical coordinators emphasized medical knowledge and customer service skills, and secretaries emphasized management support and document management skills. This study compared the competencies of secretaries and medical coordinators, suggesting that the two jobs can be complementary.
