일반 투자자의 기술적 자신감이 부동산 RWA 토큰 수용의도에 미치는 영향 연구 : 통합기술수용이론(UTAUT)를 중심으로

본 연구는 부동산 RWA 토큰 기술 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 성과기대, 노력 기대, 사회적 영향, 촉진조건, 자산 특성, 신뢰성 등 6개의 독립변수와 수용의도를 종속변수로 설정하였다. 또한, 기술적 자신감을 조절변수로 채택하여 사용자 그룹의 특성에 따른 변수의 영향을 구분적으로 파악하였다. 400명의 일반 투자자를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 데이터를 수집하였으며, 연구모형을 검증하기 위해 빈도분석, 기술분석, 독립표본 t검증, 분산분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 촉진조건, 사회적 영향, 성과기대, 기술적 자신감이 RWA 토큰 수용의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 특히, 기술적 자신감은 성과기대와의 상호작용에서 조절효과를 나타내었다. 연구결과는 부동산 토큰화의 성공적 도입을 위해 성과기대와 신뢰성을 높이는 전략이 중요하며, 법적·기술적 지원이 필요함을 시사한다. 본 연구는 설문조사 방법의 한계와 표본의 일반화 어려움이있으나, 향후 다양한 투자자 그룹을 대상으로 한 추가 연구와 블록체인 기술 발전과 함께 부동산 토큰화의 실제적용 사례 분석이 필요하다.
Abstract
This study analyzes the factors influencing the acceptance of RWA token technology by UTAUT factors, asset characteristics, and trust as independent variables. Additionally, technological self-efficacy was adopted as a moderating variable. The research model was validated using frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results indicated that facilitating conditions, social influence, performance expectancy, and technological self-efficacy significantly influenced the RWA tokens acceptance. Notably, technological self-efficacy moderated the relationship between performance expectancy and acceptance. The findings suggest that enhancing performance expectancy is crucial for the successful adoption of real estate tokenization. Despite survey method limitations and sample generalization, further research with diverse investor groups and real-world case studies is recommended.
