기업에서 디자인 활용 수준이 ESG 경영에 미치는 영향

This study investigates the impact of design on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) management within companies. We categorize companies into different levels of design integration using the Danish Design Centre's design ladder framework. Our findings reveal that companies emphasizing strategic design application achieve higher ESG ratings, while those with lower design integration receive lower ESG ratings. These results emphasize the significance of design in ESG management and a company's overall sustainability efforts. Future research should explore specific design practices contributing to ESG outcomes and conduct interviews with internal personnel to gain a deeper understanding of this relationship.
