대학생의 창업역량이 창업의도에 미치는 영향: 사회적지지의 조절효과 검증

This study identifies the effect of university students' entrepreneurial competence on entrepreneurial intentions, and verifies the moderating effect of social support on the relationship between entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial intention. The subjects were 262 university students in China. Reliability analysis, factor analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, regression analysis, and moderated regression were conducted using the SPSS 23.0 statistical program. As a result, first, it was confirmed that innovation capacity and communication skills (a sub-factor of entrepreneurial competence) had a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurial competence was confirmed to have an 88.3% explanatory power on employment preparation behavior. Second, social support was found to moderate the relationship between entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial intention. Therefore, entrepreneurial intention in university students is greatly influenced by entrepreneurial competence, and it is necessary to open an entrepreneurial competence reinforcement curriculum that can increase entrepreneurial competence in university students. Additionally, since social support appears to have a moderating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial intention, it is necessary to introduce an educational program to strengthen social support in order to improve not only entrepreneurial competence but also the moderating effect of social support. The results of this study are considered basic data for preparing practical intervention measures to improve entrepreneurial intentions in university students.
