국제개발협력을 통한 스마트시티 기반 해외 부동산개발 진출 전략에 관한 연구: 콜롬비아 사례를 중심으로

Recently, Korea has been promoting cooperation with various countries, mainly ODA countries, with the aim of exporting Korean smart cities for the globalization of smart cities. In particular, smart cities aim to solve urban problems by combining big data and ICT in the urban field, and it is important to lay the foundation for Korean public and private companies to expand overseas through the discovery of smart city technologies by specialized companies such as smart transportation systems, smart urban logistics, smart finance, and smart disaster prevention. The purpose of this study is to present a methodology for analyzing basic data and a financial plan for building a smart city master plan through the Economic Development Experience Sharing Project(KSP) for the Abura Valley in Colombia, where urbanization is occurring at a rapid pace. It also aims to provide a foundation for Korean public and private companies to expand overseas, especially in ODA countries.
