기업가정신과 창업지원정책이 창업의지에 미치는 영향연구: 창업지원프로그램 만족도의 조절효과를 중심으로

[Purpose]This study aims to empirically analyze the effects of satisfaction with entrepreneurship support policies and programs on young people’s entrepreneurial intentions. It specifically examines the direct influence of entrepreneurial spirit and support policies on entrepreneurial intention and explores the moderating effect of program satisfaction. [Methodology]Data were collected via a survey, and analysis was performed using SPSS. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to verify the impact of youth entrepreneurial spirit, support policies, and program satisfaction on entrepreneurial intention. Additionally, the moderating effects were analyzed using PROCESS macro 4.1. [Findings]The results indicate that entrepreneurship support policies and program satisfaction positively affect young people’s entrepreneurial motivation and desire. Among the sub－factors of entrepreneurial spirit, achievement motivation and innovativeness positively influence entrepreneurial intention, while proactiveness and risk－taking do not show significant effects. [Implications]This study recommends that policymakers and educational institutions design more effective support policies, highlighting the importance of program satisfaction in fostering entrepreneurial intention. Tailored policies are needed to better support young entrepreneurs.
