종합병원 간호사의 직무스트레스, 조직몰입 및 자기효능감이 환자안전관리활동에 미치는 영향

This study is a descriptive research study to identify the effects of occupational stress, organizational commitment, and self-efficacy on patient safety management activities in general hospital nurses. Data were collected using self-report questionnaires from 159 nurses working in general hospitals. A structured self-report questionnaire was used from August 1, 2023 to August 31, 2023. As factors influencing patient safety management activities, occupational stress, organizational commitment, self-efficacy general characteristics, and work related characteristics were investigated. Multiple regression analysis were used for factors affecting patient safety management activities. As a result of this study, patient safety management activities had a statistically significant positive correlation with organizational commitment(r= .31) and self-efficacy(r= .32). As a result of the regression analysis, the variables that had a significant impact on patient safety management activities were organizational commitment, self-efficacy, and occupational stress, and the explanatory power of these variables was found to be 15.7%. It was found that the higher the organizational commitment and self-efficacy, the lower the occupational stress, the higher the patient safety management activities. Therefore, in order to improve the patient safety management activities of general hospital nurses, it is necessary to find ways to increase nurses' organizational commitment and self-efficacy and reduce occupational stress.
