초록
Crowdfunding has become a vital source for many projects related to business, invention, healthcare, education, andsocial issues. Traditional platforms, however, are susceptible to security flaws that could reveal investors' and projectcreators' private and financial information. This study presents blockchain technology to improve the security anddecentralization of crowdfunding transactions. The constraints of centralized cloud storage are addressed by employingdecentralized file storage technologies such as Inter-Planetary File Systems (IPFS). Our study creates a blockchain-basedcrowdfunding prototype framework with Ethereum Smart Contracts (ESC), which greatly increases the efficiency andreliability of the crowdfunding process by releasing cash automatically at predetermined milestones. Blockchain technologyoffers an immutable and transparent ledger, reducing the need for intermediaries and thus minimizing operational costs. Furthermore, using decentralized systems ensures that no single entity has control, promoting fairness and security for allusers within the crowdfunding ecosystem.
