지속가능경영보고서 내 사회공헌과 사회복지 협력의 관계: LDA 토픽모델링 및 네트워크 분석 연구

The purpose of this study is to analyze corporate social contribution activities presented in sustainability reports and explore potential collaboration with the social welfare sector. “Social contribution” sections from sustainability reports on the Korea Exchange ESG portal were extracted and analyzed using LDA topic modeling and network analysis to identify industry-specific characteristics. These findings were then evaluated from a social welfare perspective. The results indicated that environmental management and educational infrastructure support were prominent in the manufacturing and energy sectors, while financial education for youths was a key focus in the financial industry. In the retail sector, clothing donations and upcycling campaigns were prevalent, whereas in the professional and scientific services industry, job creation for people with disabilities and coding education were found as major activities. The arts and leisure services sector highlighted local economic revitalization and community co-prosperity. These findings suggest diverse approaches to corporate social contribution activities across industries and highlight the potential for sustainable, long-term social value creation through collaboration with social welfare organizations.
