병원간호사의 무례함, 직장 내 괴롭힘, 우울 및 직무소진 간의 관계

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationships among incivility, workplace bullying, depression, and job burnout of clinical nurses, as well as the factors influencing job burnout. This study collected data using a structured self-reported questionnaire from 200 clinical nurses with more than 6 months of clinical experience, working at one tertiary hospital and one general hospital located in Gyeonggi Province. The results showed that the average scores were as follows: incivility 2.40 (range 1-5), workplace bullying 1.79 (range 1-5), depression 18.41 (range 0-60), and job burnout 2.77 (range 1-5). A hierarchical multiple regression analysis was conducted to identify factors influencing job burnout, and it was found that depression (β = .548, p < .001), age (β = -.477, p = .003), total clinical experience (β = .426, p = .007), incivility (β = .239, p < .001), and work position (β = .141, p = .037) were significant predictors. These factors explained 63.0% of the variance in job burnout, with depression being the most significant factor. Therefore, to alleviate job burnout among clinical nurses, it is necessary to implement regular counseling and support programs for the prevention and management of depression. It is also suggested that the Korean Nurses Association develop and mandate continuing education programs focused on mental and psychological health management.
