Among victims injured in car accidents, the proportion of minor injuries that are difficult to objectively judge is increasing. If AI, etc. are utilized, appropriate injury judgment criteria content can be developed. Therefore, it is a demand of the times to establish standards by objectifying compensation standards for car accidents. In order to solve problems such as overtreatment of minor patients, overcalculation of oriental medicine treatment costs, and excessive settlement amounts, it is a prerequisite to accurately calculate the extent of injury and treatment costs. In order to solve the problem of this blind spot, there should be medical efforts to subdivide minor patients into stages by injured body part, and new standards should be established for the necessity of treatment, hospitalization, and visits. Since these new attempts should be conducted objectively and fairly, it is suggested that new technologies such as AI be utilized.
