청년창업 지원사업 사례지역 분석을 통한 지역연계 강화방안 연구 - 청년마을과 청년센터를 중심으로 -

This study identified strategies to strengthen the regional linkage of youth entrepreneurship support programs through in-depth interviews with stakeholders and field research at youth villages and entrepreneurship support centers. The main conclusions and recommendations are as follows. First, fostering a sense of solidarity through community activities is crucial for settling young entrepreneurs and revitalizing local economies. Mentorship programs linking local residents with incoming youth and supportive activities should be developed to achieve this. Second, instead of vertical building structures, a horizontal space configuration using idle facilities, such as offices, meeting rooms, classrooms, workshops, study rooms, and shared kitchens, across the region is recommended to integrate entrepreneurship support facilities more effectively into local communities and improve accessibility for youth. Third, a long-term support system tailored to each stage of the entrepreneurial process is essential to increase the success rate of young entrepreneurs and encourage their long-term settlement in the region. Future research should expand the scope of the study to more diverse regions, further detailing strategies to revitalize youth entrepreneurship support programs.
