Reflecting the significant increase in consumer interest in health and the environment after COVID-19, we conducted a consumer awareness survey on how ESG management affects the food consumption trends of the 2030 generation. Consumers are now simply concerned about product quality. It can be seen that, in addition to price, companies place a high value on the impact that companies have on society and the environment, and whether ESG management is implemented accordingly is an important factor in consumers' purchasing decisions. Through this survey, we investigated the impact of ESG management on food consumption trends, the positive impact that production and purchase of eco-friendly products have not only on companies and the environment, but also on consumers who consume them, as well as the potential for future growth of the food industry through ESG management. We want to understand consumer perception.
