Effect Analysis of Cross-Generational Local Startup Education Program Utilizing a Generative AI Facilitator

This study evaluates the effectiveness of a cross-generational local startup education program using a generative AI facilitator to foster collaboration, innovation, and entrepreneurial growth. Conducted through G University's Local Union Boot Camp & Locality Content Discovery Contest, the program brought together experienced innovators, student supporters, and AI-based facilitators. These groups worked collaboratively to enhance participants' digital literacy, entrepreneurial competencies, teamwork skills, and intent to start a business. The two-day intensive program included practical activities such as business plan development, prototyping, and marketing strategy creation, all supported by generative AI tools. Pre- and post-surveys analyzed using paired t-tests revealed significant improvements in participants' digital literacy, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and business intent. This research underscores the transformative potential of generative AI in bridging generational gaps, advancing entrepreneurial education outcomes, and fostering regional innovation. Furthermore, it highlights its applicability in creating future-oriented educational models designed to empower local startup ecosystems.
