플립러닝을 활용한 비서전공 실습교과 수업모형 개발 및 적용 연구

In this study, flip learning, a teaching method that can improve learners' self-directed learning ability using the Internet environment, was selected as a teaching method, and flip learning was operated in B University's secretarial major course to present an operation case of flip learning with high field suitability, and to analyze the effect of flip learning classes in secretarial-related major course, the effect of flip learning on learners' self-directed learning ability, learning motivation, and learning flow was verified. As a result of comparing the before and after effects after lectures with flip learning, it was found that flip learning classes are effective in enhancing the learning motivation, self-directed learning ability, and learning flow of students majoring in secretary, and this study is worthwhile in verifying the effect of flip learning suggested in previous studies. This shows that the prior learning and autonomous and participatory learning methods of flip learning improved students' academic achievement by improving cognitive ability as well as active attitude tendencies. This study proposes ways to apply flip learning to actual secretarial subjects and increase the learning effect, thereby using it as research data for innovative teaching methods with high field suitability and providing practical implications for the actual operation and research of flip learning in various major subjects in the future.
