중소기업의 정보보안 전략 분석: 라이피즘과 ESG사회적책임의 MO-ABC 모형을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to review the influence of individual-level lifism and organization-level ESGSocial on information security awareness, and to verify the influence of information security awareness on information security behavioral intention through authentic leadership and organizational fairness. As for the analysis method, a factor design method based on the MODE model in which lifism and ESGSocial intersect was devised, and the mediating model was verified based on the attitude-behavioral consistency theory. As a result of the analysis, the statistically significant effects of individual-level lifism and organization-level ESG-Social on information security awareness were confirmed, and the interaction effect of the two dimensions was also analyzed to be statistically significant on information security awareness. Meanwhile, the mediating effect of information security awareness on information security behavioral intention through authentic leadership and organizational fairness was statistically significantly analyzed. Based on these results, an academic and practical application plan related to SME information security policy was proposed as an issue.
