수목원의 탐방 서비스스케이프와 ESG 정책 지지, 일상에서의 친환경행동과의 구조적 관계 분석

The purpose of this study is to analyze the structured relationship among the visit servicescape, the support of ESG policy of arboretum, and everyday pro-environmental behaviour. For this purpose, this study selected National Arboretum as a study site and conducted questionnaire survey for visitors who actually visited the arboretum. In the case of the National Arboretum, the size of the population to be surveyed is determined according to the capacity control policy, so the size of the sample was set through the finite sample size calculation method, and the quota sampling method by gender and age was used. The survey was conducted on respondents who returned home after completing their visit to the National Arboretum, and the total number of valid respondents was 380. The main results of this study show that the factors of aesthetic and amenity factors among visit servicescape have significant positive impact on the support of environmental and social issues of ESG policy. And this study also shows that the support of environmental and social issues among ESG policy of arboretum have significant positive impact on everyday pro-environmental behaviour. The above research results are meaningful in that this study demonstrated that visiting experiences of natural resources such as arboretum positively contribute to sustainable policy support and can lead to eco-friendly behavior even after returning to daily life. Therefore, the result of this study can be used as useful basic data for the policymakers formulating a sustainable demand policy of arboretum.
