Timmons 기업가정신이 조직 내 혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 직급에 따른 조절효과

This study explores and identifies key factors of entrepreneurship to analyze the impact of entrepreneurship on innovation behavior, centering on Timmons' theory. The study empirically analyzes how Timmons’ entrepreneurship influences innovation behavior within organizations. Furthermore, it examines whether the impact of entrepreneurship on innovation behavior varies according to job rank and tests for the moderating effect of job rank. The findings reveal that creativity, opportunity discovery capability, uncertainty acceptance capability, and leadership within entrepreneurship positively influence innovation behavior in organizations. However, job engagement did not show a significant effect on innovation behavior. The moderating effect of job rank was significant only in the relationship between uncertainty acceptance capability and innovation behavior, indicating that innovation behavior was significantly higher in higher-ranking groups compared to lower-ranking ones. This study identifies both innate factors, such as individual attitudes and behaviors, and factors that can be developed through acquired capabilities. Additionally, it confirms the potential to nurture entrepreneurs through education and provides theoretical and practical implications.
