ADDIE 모형을 적용한 북한이탈주민 창업교육 프로그램 개발

Entrepreneurship has gained attention as a viable pathway for the settlement and economic self-reliance of North Korean defectors. This study aims to develop a demand-driven entrepreneurship education program tailored to the specific needs of North Korean defectors. Utilizing the ADDIE model, the study followed a systematic two-year process encompassing Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation, emphasizing learner-centered educational needs and expert validation. Surveys and interviews were conducted with 14 participants in an entrepreneurship education program for North Korean defectors, focusing on their motivations, educational needs, and preferred teaching methods. These findings provided essential data for designing the program. To validate its relevance, importance, and feasibility, 25 entrepreneurship education experts participated in two rounds of Delphi studies. The resulting program was implemented in the ‘Unification Startup School,’ an entrepreneurship education initiative for North Korean defectors. Evaluation results demonstrated significant improvements in participants’ entrepreneurial competencies, self-efficacy, intentions, and nascent entrepreneurial behaviors after completing the program. Addressing the limited research on this specific population, this study adopted a mixed-methods approach, combining surveys, expert consultations, and interviews to capture nuanced insights. Its significance lies in designing an education program informed by learners’ experiences and feedback, which are often overlooked in quantitative-only studies. Furthermore, this research distinguishes itself by shifting focus from necessity-driven entrepreneurship to opportunity-driven entrepreneurship, emphasizing idea commercialization and business model development, thereby broadening the scope of entrepreneurship education for North Korean defectors.
