And since securing evidence through drug detection is important in proving drug-use sexual violence crimes, it is imperative that medical institutions be aware of them early in the crime and provide a means to secure evidence such as DFSA kits. Recognizing the specificity and risk of DFSA, it is necessary to make the punishment equivalent to drug-using sexual violence crimes appropriate in investigative and judicial institutions, such as the application of rape and quasi-rape crimes, interpretation of special rape crimes under the Sexual Violence Act, and recognition of rape and injury crimes.
