Organizations must ensure the preservation, accessibility, and resilience of their critical knowledge assets to maintain operational continuity and enable rapid recovery from disruptions. However, the integration of knowledge management with BCP strategies presents unique challenges and opportunities in the context of emerging AI technologies. This academic paper explores the role of knowledge management in enhancing BCP in the age of AI. It delves into the key considerations, strategies, and best practices that organizations should adopt to safeguard their knowledge assets, leverage AI-powered capabilities, and ensure the resilience of their knowledge management systems. The study aims to provide a comprehensive framework for enterprises to navigate the complex landscape of crisis management and maintain a competitive edge in the face of uncertainty.
