초록

Despite the growing recognition of grit as a personal characteristic that can predict performance, research on how grit influences innovation within organizations remains limited. The aim of this study was to examine whether grit significantly affects innovative work behavior (IWB) and whether learning agility and training transfer mediate the relationship between grit and IWB. Data collected from 164 employees in the finance sector revealed the following key findings: First, grit had a significant positive relationship with both learning agility and training transfer. Second, learning agility and training transfer were significantly positively related to IWB. Third, learning agility significantly mediated the relationship between grit and IWB. Finally, training transfer also significantly mediated the relationship between grit and IWB. These findings suggest that organizations should implement training programs designed to enhance grit among employees and foster work environments that support increased learning agility and training transfer to promote IWB.
