산업재해근로자 사회복귀의 포괄적 정의에 관한 연구

In order to understand the completion of the recovery and return of workers in industrial accidents as a comprehensive return to society beyond their return to work, this study attempted to define the return to society of workers in industrial accidents in terms of quality of life. When returning to society for workers in industrial accidents is limited to return to work, there are parts that are missed in various areas of life other than professional life. If we comprehensively grasp the return to society in terms of a wide range of quality of life, we can more accurately grasp the deficiencies and new demands in the return process, and policy and academic discussions can be continued. In this study, the concepts and indicator systems related to quality of life were reviewed for the conceptualization of comprehensive social return for workers in industrial accidents. If the situation of workers in industrial accidents can be analyzed through comprehensive factors on the quality of life, it is possible to compare the quality of life of the entire people and the quality of life of the workers in industrial accidents, or set goals for the recovery of the workers group in industrial accidents based on the quality of life of the people. This study examines the reasons why the concept of social return for workers in industrial accidents should be broadly defined, and proposes a system of perspective on the return to society of workers in industrial accidents. Through this, it is hoped that policy and academic discussions can be materialized in the fields of employment, labor, and industry.
