혈액투석실 간호사의 감염관리 조직문화, 감염관리 인지도가 감염관리 수행도에 미치는 영향

This study attempted to determine the impact of infection control organizational culture and infection control awareness among hemodialysis unit nurses on infection control performance. Data were collected using a self-report questionnaire from 126 hemodialysis unit nurses with more than 3 months of clinical experience working at 11 hospitals in Gwangju, Jeonnam, and Jeonbuk. The structured self-report questionnaire was administered from August 19, 2024 to August 26, 2024. The collected data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS 27.0 statistical program, and infection control organizational culture, infection control awareness, sociodemographic characteristics, and work characteristics were investigated as factors influencing the infection control performance of hemodialysis unit nurses. Differences in infection control performance according to variable characteristics were analyzed using mean comparison analysis, correlation analysis was used for correlation, and multiple regression analysis was used to determine factors influencing infection control performance. Infection control performance was found to have a significant positive correlation with infection control organizational culture (r= .40) and infection control awareness (r= .54). As a result of the regression analysis, the factors affecting infection control performance were infection control organizational culture and infection control awareness, and the explanatory power of these variables was found to be 37%. As a result of this study, in order to improve the infection control performance of hemodialysis unit nurses, it is necessary to create an organizational culture for infection control in each hospital, develop program to improve infection control awareness of hemodialysis unit nurses, and conduct continuous education.
