자율적 동기가 진로 결정 자기효능감과 진로 성숙감에 미치는 영향: 요리대회 참가자를 대상으로

Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of autonomous motivation on career decision-making self-efficacy and career maturity in culinary arts students participating in cooking competitions. Methods: This study targeted participants preparing for cooking competitions and included C University, B University, D University, K University, CH University, H Technical College, K Technical College, K Cooking Academy, and C Cooking Academy. This study distributed a total of 225 surveys from September 1 to October 1, 2024, and analyzed 206 valid responses. Then, this study used SPSS 27.0 for equency analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis. Results: For Hypothesis 1, autonomous motivation had a positive (+) effect on career decision-making self-efficacy. For Hypothesis 2, career decision-making self-efficacy had a positive (+) effect on career maturity. For Hypothesis 3, autonomous motivation had a positive (+) effect on career maturity. Implications: This study identified the impact of autonomous motivation on career decision-making self-efficacy and career maturity. These findings contribute to providing more effective strategies in the fields of human resource management and career development.
