This study aims to examine the relationship between entrepreneurship, self-efficacy and entrepreneurial preparation behavior among college students in China. And the moderating effect according to the ability to overcome adversity. Empirical analysis for hypothesis verification was conducted using SPSS 22.0, AMOS 22.0. The results of the analysis showed that first, entrepreneurial spirit(innovativeness) had a positive effect on entrepreneurial preparation behavior. Second, self-efficacy had a positive effect on entrepreneurial preparation behavior. Third, the ability to overcome adversity was confirmed to have a moderating effect on entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurial preparation behavior, and self-efficacy. In particular, innovation had a greater impact on self-efficacy in groups with higher ability to overcome adversity. The results of this study suggest that examining how Chinese college students realize entrepreneurship opportunities that they prioritize over employment may be of great help in providing direction to college students.
