심리적 특성이 MZ세대의 창업의도에 미치는 영향

While numerous studies have explored entrepreneurial intention broadly, there is a scarcity of research on how psychological factors specifically impact the entrepreneurial intentions of the MZ generation. This study aimed to empirically analyze the influence of these psychological factors on the intention to start a business among the MZ generation. An online survey was conducted nationwide, resulting in 200 valid responses which were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results showed that passion, creativity, and a proactive personality positively influenced entrepreneurial intention, while fear of failure had a negative effect. However, the relationship between distress to tolerance and entrepreneurial intention was not significant. The psychological characteristics influencing entrepreneurial intention were ranked in the following order: passion, proactive personality, fear of failure, and creativity. This study contributes to academic literature by highlighting the specific psychological characteristics that influence the entrepreneurial intentions of the MZ generation. Practically, the strong influence of passion and a proactive personality suggests that these factors should be prioritized in the development of entrepreneurship education programs and policies.
