초록
Purpose - With the development of the information society, the use of new IT services is increasing.QR code is one of the examples of representative IT services that are widely used in the advertising and payment service markets. In particular, in Mongolia, the market for using QR codes is gradually developing as QR codes are used to prevent tax avoidance by self-employed people. Therefore, in this study, we tried to identify the factors affecting the intention and satisfaction of using QR codes in Mongolia. Design/methodology/approach - We tried to test our research model by analyzing survey data of users who have used QR codes using a smartphone. In this study. Findings - We found that effort expectation and performance expectation, which are independent variables of UTAUT, had a positive effect on the intention and satisfaction of using QR codes.Additionally, it was confirmed that the frequency of QR code use has a moderating effect on the effect of UTAUT's independent variable on the intention and satisfaction of QR code use. Research implications or Originality - We think it will be able to provide relevant implications as an initial study of related follow-up studies in Mongolia in the future, and we hope that studies on the acceptance and use of advanced IT and services in Mongolia will continue.
