This article examines the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in legal practice and education, focusing on the United States and South Korea. By analyzing the current state of AI applications in U.S. law firms and law schools, the study identifies trends and best practices that inform both the U.S. legal tech industry and Korea's emerging legal tech landscape. Particular attention is given to how U.S. law schools incorporate AI training into their curricula and the implications for preparing students for technology-driven legal environments. The paper also evaluates the state of legal tech services and education in Korea, highlighting opportunities and challenges unique to its regulatory and cultural context. By offering tailored recommendations for advancing legal education in Korea, the article aims to foster cross-border dialogue, providing insights for both countries as they navigate the rapidly evolving intersection of law and technology.
