헤어미용 종사자의 잡 크래프팅이 조직성과, 직무효능감에 미치는 영향

In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the human resource structure of the beauty industry has changed in terms of management due to the revision of the Labor Standards Act, such as the minimum wage increase and the exclusion of special industries. In order to actively cope with this, this study attempted to verify the effect of job crafting on organizational performance and job efficacy for hair care workers. To this end, a non-face-to-face online survey was conducted on beauty workers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province from November 1 to December 10, 2023, and 417 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. As a result of the analysis, first, the validity and reliability of the measurement tool were verified. Second, it was found that job crafting had a significant positive (+) effect on organizational performance. Third, it was found that job crafting had a significant positive (+) effect on job efficacy. In conclusion, this study provided practical implications for the role of job performance and job efficacy of beauty workers, and as a result of this study, it was suggested that it is necessary to increase the pride of work and happiness of life by developing the ability of beauty workers to change their jobs themselves by being motivated by job crafting.
