전국기능경기대회 헤어디자인 직종 미용 작품 분석: 2021년-2023년 출품작을 중심으로

This study selected beauty works submitted in 2021, 2022, and 2023 at the National Skills Competition organized by the Korea Human Resources Development Service. The Korean beauty industry has developed and jumped to a world-recognized level by suggesting the direction of trends based on technology, and interest in beauty skills competitions, which provide inspiration to various art fields and produce many talents who will lead change and development, has increased. Although interest in domestic and international competitions has increased, the only competition that proves and is recognized for its technological prowess is the skill competition organized by the Korea Human Resources Development Service (Korea Committee for the International Skills Olympics). Hoping to be based on the technology used in the industrial field and to be used as data to produce designs that can be applied directly on the field, the beauty works of the National Skills Competition were analyzed by year from 2021 to 2023, and the design characteristics of each work were analyzed by setting detailed standards in shape, texture, and color, which are the three elements of hair design. The results of the study show that wedding upstyles are high-level upstyles that emphasize ponytail in 2021 and 2022, but in 2023, they are low-level upstyles that emphasize volume on the neck, and in common, smooth sides and split blades of hair are emphasized. In the case of women’s cuts, a combination of mixed cut techniques and colors showed completely different styles with long hair, medium short hair, and short hair from year to year, and fashion catwalk styles basically include braids and blades, and the style changes depending on the tying position and accessories. By analyzing the beauty entries of the hair design profession at the National Functional Competition, it is expected that the participation of those who work and those who work in the industrial field will be increased, and the research that analyzes the works through various perspectives will be actively conducted to continue the interest.
