본 연구는 AI 기술의 도입이 개인정보 보호와 관련된 주요인들을 체계적으로 분석하고, 이를 개선하기 위한 방안을 제시하는 데 중점을 두었다. 연구 방법으로는 2016년부터 2024년까지 발표된 5,371편의 문헌을 PRISMA 체계에 따라 선별하여 최종적으로 23편의 연구를 선정하였으며, 이를 마이크로소프트 엑셀을 이용해 체계적으로 정리하였다. 주요 연구 요인은 빈도 분석과 질적 분석을 통해 평가되었다. 분석 결과, AI 기술은 개인정보 보호에 다양한 도전 과제를 제기하고 있으며, 주요 요인으로는 법적 규제(29.73%), 데이터 투명성(25.68%), 기술적 보안성(13.51%)이 확인되었다. 연구는 또한 AI 기술이 개인정보 침해 위험을 증가시킬 수 있음을 지적하며, 이를 완화하기 위한 윤리적 기준과 법적 개선 방안을 제시하였다. AI 시대의 개인정보 보호를 강화하기 위해서는 다차원적인 접근이 필요하다. 본 연구는 AI와 개인정보 보호의 상호작용에 대한 체계적인 분석을 통해 학문적 기여와 정책적 시사점 제공에 의의를 둔다.
Abstract
This study focuses on systematically analyzing the key factors related to privacy protection with the introduction of AI technology and presenting measures to improve them. The research methodology involved selecting 5,371 papers published between 2016 and 2024 according to the PRISMA framework, and ultimately including 23 studies. These were systematically organized using Microsoft Excel. The main research factors were evaluated through frequency analysis and qualitative analysis. The analysis results indicate that AI technology poses various challenges to privacy protection. The key factors identified include legal regulations (29.73%), data transparency (25.68%), and technical security (13.51%). The study also highlights that AI technology can increase the risk of privacy infringement and suggests ethical standards and legal improvements to mitigate this risk. To enhance privacy protection in the AI era, a multidimensional approach is required. This study aims to provide academic contributions and policy implications by systematically analyzing the interactions between AI and privacy protection.
