일학습병행 교수자 및 학습자에 관한 국내 연구 동향 분석
Analysis of Domestic Research Trends Related to Korea Work-Learning Dual System Instructors and Learners

본 연구는 일학습병행 참여 주체 중 핵심 인력인 교수자 및 학습자에 주목하여 국내 연구 동향의 포괄적인 이해를 도모하고 연구 활성화를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 국내 학술논문을 대상으로 체계적 문헌 고찰 방법으로 2014년부터 2024년 11월까지 국내 학술지 데이터베이스에 게재된 학술논문 중 일학습병행 교수자 및 학습자 관련 학술논문 총 81편을 분석 대상으로 선정하였다. 분석 준거에 따라 연구 시기, 학문 분야, 연구 방법, 연구의 내용적 특성을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 교수자 및 학습자 관련 논문은 학습자 관련 연구가 교수자 연구에 비해 많은 수의 논문이 게재되었고, 2019년에 논문의 게재 수가 크게 증가하였다. 둘째, 학문 분야는 교육학과 사회과학이 주를 이루었다. 셋째, 연구 방법은 양적연구방법이 주로 활용되었고 질적연구방법은 상대적으로 매우 적었다. 넷째, 내용적 특성을 살펴보았을 때, 교수자의 경우 기업현장교사 양성 범주의 역량 강화 영역과 법적·제도적 프레임워크 범주의 장기적 성과 관리 영역에서 다수 연구되었다. 학습자의 경우 교육훈련 프로그램 범주의 훈련 효과성 영역과 학습근로자 경험 범주의 만족도 영역에서 다수 연구되었다. 본 연구는 일학습병행의 교수자 및 학습자 중심으로 내용적 특성을 분석하여 향후 연구의 양적·질적 향상을 위한 시사점을 제시한 데에 의의가 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to focus on instructors and learners, the key human resources among the subjects participating in the Korea Work-Learning Dual System, thereby promoting a comprehensive understanding of domestic research trends and providing basic data for the revitalization of research. To this end, a total of 81 academic papers related to Korea Work-Learning Dual System instructors and learners were selected as the subject of analysis among the academic papers published in the domestic journal database from 2014 to November 2024. According to the criteria of analysis, the timing of the study, the field of study, the method of research, and the characteristics of the contents of the study were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, first, in the related papers of instructors and learners, a large number of related studies of learners were published compared to that of instructors, and the number of publications increased significantly in 2019. Second, education and social science formed the main areas of study. Third, quantitative research methods were mainly used and qualitative research methods were relatively few. Fourth, when examining the characteristics of the contents, numerous cases of instructors were studied in the area of capacity reinforcement in the training category of corporate field teachers and in the area of long-term performance management in the category of legal and institutional frameworks. In the case of learners, numerous studies were conducted in the area of training effectiveness in the category of education training programs and satisfaction in the category of learning workers’ experience. This study is meaningful in that it analyzed the characteristics of the contents centered on Korea Work-Learning Dual System instructors and learners and presented the implications for quantitative and qualitative improvement of future research.
