The right to self-determination regarding death has been designated as a social service and is of great interest. However, social awareness and empirical research on well-dying are lacking. This study used qualitative research methods for the purpose of exploring the educational experiences and meanings of Well Dying instructors. The research questions First, what is the educational experience of Well Dying instructors? Second, what does well-dying mean? Research participants were selected as well-dying instructors with more than 5 years of experience. As a result of the study, well-dying education was viewed as a process of practicing death and learning mourning and healing. It was seen as a process of revealing death, sharing it with others, and healing one's current life through mourning. The meaning of well-dying education was seen as the process of understanding death and finding oneself. It is meaningful as a process of understanding death and finding a way to live in the present life. Well-dying education was seen as establishing standards for the value and dignity of life. We think about the dignity and dignity of death and set the direction of our lives based on this. The meaning of well dying is interpreted as a good death from the present life. In order to revitalize well-dying education, a connection between a lifelong education approach and a life transition support system was proposed.
