미용학원의 미용사 국가기술자격 과정 블렌디드 러닝이 수강생의 학습만족도와 추천의도에 미치는 영향

This study aims to empirically analyze the impact of blended learning on learners’ learning satisfaction and recommendation intention in the Beautician National Technical Qualification course at beauty academies. To achieve this, a survey was conducted among 235 students who experienced blended learning in beauty academies, and the collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 statistical program. The results of the study indicate that the components of blended learning, namely the learning environment, learning content, and teaching methods, have a significant positive (+) impact on learning satisfaction and recommendation intention. Notably, learning satisfaction not only directly influences recommendation intention but also acts as a partial mediator in the relationship between blended learning and recommendation intention. These findings suggest that blended learning is an effective teaching and learning method for enhancing learning outcomes and learner satisfaction in the field of beauty education. This study is significant in confirming the applicability of blended learning even in practice-oriented curricula and in providing foundational data necessary for improving the quality of education and establishing operational strategies at beauty academies. Future studies should involve an expanded analysis including various regions and age groups, along with an in-depth investigation of the long-term educational effects.
