경력 단절 여성의 사회적 환경요인, 창업 준비 행동이 창업 의지에 미치는 영향: 기업가정신의 매개효과를 중심으로

This study aimed to identify the relationship between socioenvironmental factors and startup preparation actions perceived by women who have taken a career break and their entrepreneurial intentions. In addition, we sought to identify the mediating effect of entrepreneurship in the relationship between socioenvironmental factors, startup preparation actions, and entrepreneurial intentions. The study subjects were women aged 25 to 60 who had taken a career break. The analysis was conducted using SPSS 25.0 and Macro Process 4.2. The results were as follows. First, the socioenvironmental factors and startup preparation actions of women with career gaps affected their entrepreneurial intentions. Second, the entrepreneurship of women with career gaps affected their entrepreneurial intentions. Third, entrepreneurship mediated the relationship between socioenvironmental factors, entrepreneurial preparation behavior, and entrepreneurial intention. In the current reality where information acquisition and education related to entrepreneurship are lacking, a systematic education system is needed to generate interest in entrepreneurship. In particular, continuous provision of entrepreneurship information, educational programs, and policy support is needed for women who have taken a career break.
